Attorney Little has published numerous articles and lectured frequently on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Estate Litigation, Special Needs Planning, Guardianships, Elder Law, Tax Planning and Asset Protection, among others. Attorney Danica Little works closely with businesses and their owners to provide optimal solutions by applying her invaluable corporate law experience and legal skills to benefit clients. 

Danica Little graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from Florida State University College of Law. In law school, Danica was inducted into The Order of the Coif which is an honorary scholastic society of law students, lawyers, law professors, and judges who have attained high distinction for their scholarly or professional accomplishments.  In addition to graduating law school in the top ten percent (10%) of her class, Danica received multiple book awards for obtaining the highest grades in her law class, and consistently made the Dean’s List for academic excellence. 

She also obtained her Masters of Accountancy (MAc.) Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Attorney Little is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Accreditations

Larry Baudoin, DBA, CBM, Administrative Director

Larry has his Doctorate Degree in Business Administration preceded with his MBA degree and forensic accounting studies. He is a Certified Business Manager. He assists the firm with accounting, record keeping, trust accounting, and other administrative functions. His previous thirty-five-year career was in medical school administration whereby he retired as an Assistant Vice President of the University of South Florida Health Sciences Center in Tampa, Florida and as an Associate Dean for Administration and Financial Management at Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Sharmaine A. Huggins, Certified Paralegal, and Notary

Sharmaine completed her certified Paralegal program from the University of South Carolina at Columbia, South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina and she is a South Carolina native. She worked in a law enforcement office position prior to joining our law firm. She is a North Carolina Notary. She enjoys spending time with her dad and her dog. 

Madison E. Coleman, Paralegal, and Notary

Madison is a Paralegal and North Carolina Notary and an integral member of our estate planning legal team. Prior to joining our firm, she worked in office administration and business operations. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs.  

Anna Baudoin, MEd Special Needs Coordinator

Anna earned her Master’s Degree in Education with a certification in adult education while studying at the University of New Orleans. Her undergraduate studies included specializing in teaching children with special needs. She has over twenty years of classroom teaching experience. She enjoys many forms of arts and crafts which she likes to share with her students and friends. Anna assists with fulfilling projects required in the administration of selected services for trust clients with special needs.

Legal Assistants and Office Assistants

Our legal team is also comprised of several Legal Assistants and Office Assistants who support our team and clients. 

Casey Hammeke, Office Assistant

Casey is a part-time office assistant who helps with projects and office tasks. She is an advocate and supporter of numerous groups including the Special Olympics, Down Syndrome Association, Buddy Walk, and more. Casey enjoys spending time with her brother and her parents.
